Superskupina

Pojem Superskupina označuje hlavne v rockovej hudbe skupinu skladajúcu sa zo známych inštrumentalistov a spevákov. Superskupiny sa vytvárali postupne, počas prebiehajúcich personálnych zmien, ktoré vznikali prirodzene v skupinách (napríklad Yes, King Crimson) alebo boli vytvárané od základu zo známych hudobníkov (napríklad Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Led Zeppelin, Cream). Niektoré superskupiny pretrvali celé desaťročia, ale životnosť väčšiny z nich bola krátka, a ich rozpad zvyčajne sprevádzali konflikty medzi nadmerne veľkými individualitami.
