Vinton Gray Cerf (* 23. jún 1943, New Haven, Connecticut, USA), známy aj ako Vint Cerf, je americký informatik.

Je považovaný za otca internetu,[1] keďže spolu s Robertom Kahnom[2][3] vytvoril komunikačný protokol TCP/IP. Za tento počin dostali obaja Turingovu cenu za rok 2004.[4]
Od roku 2005 pracuje ako viceprezident spoločnosti Google. V súčasnosti sa venuje najmä výskumu tzv. medziplanetárneho internetu.[5]
