Poloha na Manhattane
Zahŕňa časti Greenwich Village, West Village, NoHo, SoHo, Lower East Side, Chinatown a Little Italy.
Na východe je ohraničená časťou Bowery, na juhu ulicou Canal Street, na západe riekou Hudson River a na severe 14. ulicou.
Predsedníčkou je Maria Passannante Derr a správcom je Bob Gormley.
