Manhattan Community Board 11 je jedenásta komunitná rada v Manhattane v meste New York v Spojených štátoch. Zahŕňa časti East Harlem, El Barrio/Spanish Harlem, Ward’s Island a Randall's Island.
Poloha na Manhattane
Ohraničuje ju na východe East River, na juhu 96. ulica, na západe Piata Avenue a Mount Morris Park a na severe Harlem River. Obsahuje aj časti Ward Island Park a Randall Island Park.
Predsedom je Robert Rodriguez a správcom George Sarkissian.
