Ellis Robert Kolchin

Ellis Robert Kolchin (* 18. apríl 1916, New York, USA – † 30. október 1991, New York, USA)[1] bol americký matematik. Je známy predovšetkým vďaka práci v teórii grúp a diferenciálnej algebre.[1][2] V oblasti reprezentácie grúp je po ňom pomenovaná Lieova-Kolchinova veta a v oblasti topológie zas Kolchinova topológia.
