Elmer Verner McCollum (* 3. marec 1879, Fort Scott, Kansas, USA – † 15. november 1967, Baltimore, Maryland, USA) bol americký biochemik.

McCollum študoval na University of Kansas. Promoval na Yale University, potom pracoval na University of Wisconsin. Od roku 1917 bol profesorom na Johns Hopkins University.
Objavil mnohé vitamíny, v roku 1897 spolu s Marguerite Davis vitamín B1. Retinol objavil v roku 1913 tiež spolu s Marguerite Davis.
V roku 1916 zaviedol označovanie vitamínov s veľkými písmenami abecedy.
