Deep house

Deep house je subžáner housu,[1] ktorý vznikol v 80. rokoch, a pôvodne v sebe spájal prvky žánrov Chicago house s jazz-funkom[2] a soulom.[3] Tempo deep housových skladieb je okolo 126 úderov za minútu,[4] pričom majú akustický nádych.[5]
