Barbara Hershey, vlastným menom Barbara Lynn Herzstein,[1] (* 5. február 1948, Hollywood, Kalifornia, USA) je americká herečka, držiteľka mnohých filmových ocenení a nominácií. Na filmových festivaloch v Cannes bola dvakrát ocenená ako najlepšia herečka vo filmoch Nesmelí ľudia (Shy People) a Rozdelený svet (A World Apart).
