Seymour Martin Lipset (* 18. marec 1922) je americký politológ a sociológ.
Lipset sa zaoberá javom študentstva v politike 60. rokov 20. storočia, politickou aktivitou spoločenských skupín z hľadiska spoločenského pokroku a rozvoja demokracie.
