Charlie Lownoise, narodený ako Ramon Roelofs 16. júna 1968 v Haagu v južnom Holandsku, bol neskôr členom Starsplash. Mental Theo sa narodil ako Theo Nabuurs 14. februára 1965 v ’s-Hertogenbosch v Severnom Brabantsku. K ich známym skladbám patria „Wonderful Days“ (so slovami skladby „Help Get Me Some Help“ od Tonyho Ronalda), „Stars“ a „Live In London“.
